Bailey DeMuth serves as Vice President of Business Development at Stat One, where she leads strategic growth initiatives, client engagement, and marketing efforts. With a strong background in business-to-business sales, marketing strategy, and market analysis, she plays a key role in connecting organizations with the clinical research, biostatistics, data management, and EDC solutions that best fit their needs.

Bailey oversees the development and execution of Stat One’s marketing programs, including digital marketing, brand development, lead generation, and client outreach. Her understanding of both the clinical research industry and Stat One’s service offerings allows her to identify opportunities where the company’s expertise can help sponsors, biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical organizations, and medical device manufacturers achieve their research objectives more efficiently.

Working closely with prospective and existing clients, Bailey takes a consultative approach to business development, focusing on understanding each organization’s unique challenges and aligning Stat One’s capabilities with their goals. She also manages the company’s sales and business development processes, helping foster long-term relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and results.

In addition to her business development responsibilities, Bailey is actively involved in community outreach and professional engagement initiatives. She has earned certifications in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and the Design and Interpretation of Clinical Trials, further strengthening her ability to communicate the value of clinical research services and support organizations across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.
