George began his career as a statistician with Burroughs Wellcome and later co-founded a successful statistical consulting and clinical data management company that was ultimately acquired. Over the course of his career, he has partnered with hundreds of clients across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostics industries, helping guide numerous products through the regulatory approval process.

George has extensive experience representing sponsors in FDA meetings and advisory panel discussions and has served as both lead statistician and project team leader on a wide range of successful regulatory submissions, including PMAs, 510(k)s, NDAs, and BLAs. His expertise spans study design, statistical analysis planning, interim analyses, adaptive trial methodologies, Data Monitoring Committees (DMCs), and Data and Safety Monitoring Boards (DSMBs).

In addition to his statistical leadership, George has developed reporting systems and programming tools that improve operational efficiency, streamline data analysis workflows, and enhance the quality and presentation of study results. His combination of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and practical industry experience has made him a trusted advisor to sponsors throughout all phases of clinical research and product development.
